Salary requirements as of 1 January 2018
The standard amounts within the context of the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance Act are reviewed by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment each year on 1 January and 1 July and published in the Government Gazette. So the standard amounts are valid until a new standard amount is announced by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment. The working instructions contain information on the minimum income requirements for the application for or granting of a residence permit as of 1 January 2018.
The salary requirements for highly skilled migrants are::
EUR 4.404 gross a month excluding holiday allowance for highly skilled migrants that are 30 years of age or older;
EUR 3.229 gross a month excluding holiday allowance for highly skiled migrants younger than 30 years of age;
EUR 5.160 gross a month excluding holiday allowance for Blue card permit holders;
EUR 4.404 gross a month excluding holiday allowance for ICT permit holders.
