We consider litigation a last resort. When legal proceedings cannot be prevented, we will fight for our clients’ best interest in court.

We specialize in litigation and advising on disputes in Dutch court as we ll as in (international) arbitration. We guide you by setting out an optimal strategy and by making sure you have the best representation in court.
